Pragnapath is a fully digital service. There is nothing to ship - no physical product, no courier, no delivery address needed.
This page exists so the way we deliver access is written down plainly, for you and for our payment partners.
Digital delivery only
Everything you buy is delivered electronically, through your account and your email. We do not ship any physical item, so no shipping charges, tracking numbers, or delivery timelines for goods apply.
How and when you get access
Once your payment is confirmed, we unlock your access and you reach it by logging into your account and through a confirmation email sent to the address you registered.
We currently use an interim UPI payment flow. With it, access is unlocked after the payment is confirmed and the founder verifies it - usually quickly, and within a short window of your successful payment rather than always instantly. Once unlocked, your access stays available in your account.
If your access does not arrive
If you have paid and your access has not appeared in a reasonable time, please check the email inbox (and spam folder) for the address you used. If it is still missing, write to us at hello.sobr@gmail.com with your payment reference and we will sort it out and get you in.
