Ask us to erase your data

This is your right under the data-protection law: at any time you can ask us to delete everything we hold about you. This screen does not delete anything by itself. It captures your request and sends it to us -- then we confirm it is you, erase what we hold, and tell you when it is done. (Sign in and you can do it here directly.)

What gets erased

• Your intake answers (category, dependents, income, situation).

• Your day-by-day climb log (which days you started and saw through).

• Your PRIVATE fit read and everything derived from it.

• Any decision you locked and the words you wrote with it.

How it works

Write to us, or use the erasure link. You do not have to give a reason. We confirm it is you, then delete what we hold and tell you it is done.

We may keep only the narrow records the law requires us to (for example, a payment receipt for tax). Everything else is erased.
