Leaving is a fine outcome. If the prep is not for you, stopping is one of the honest results this service is built to produce - not a failure, and not something we will try to talk you out of.
This page says exactly how money comes back, product by product, with the actual formula and a worked example. No vague language, no surprises.
The Rs.399 Stage-2 cost card
The cost card is a one-time digital product. It is delivered and consumed the moment you open it, so once it has been accessed it is non-refundable.
It is never money lost: the Rs.399 credits forward in full into the regular program if you go on to join it.
If you paid for the cost card but it was never delivered to you - a failed access, a technical fault on our side - you get a full refund of the whole amount.
The Rs.15,000 regular program - pro-rata of the unused window
If you stop the regular program partway, you are refunded the unused portion of your access window on a pro-rata basis, minus a single fixed onboarding fee of Rs.2,500.
That onboarding fee is the price of the onboarding work we actually do for you at the start - it is NOT a penalty for leaving. It pays for provisioning your access, your personalised onboarding, and configuring your prep: real, one-time work delivered up front, incurred whether you stay a week or the whole window. Because it is consideration for work already done, it is not returned, and we state it plainly here, before you pay, so it is never a surprise.
The plain formula, computed on the GST-inclusive amount you paid:
refund = (unused days / total access days) x price paid (GST-inclusive), minus the onboarding fee
The refund is never below zero. If the pro-rata share is smaller than the onboarding fee, the refund is zero - you are never asked to pay more to leave.
A worked example
Say the access window is 100 days and you paid the GST-inclusive amount of Rs.17,700 (the Rs.15,000 program plus 18% GST). You stop after 30 days, so 70 days are unused.
Pro-rata of the unused portion = (70 / 100) x Rs.17,700 = Rs.12,390.
Minus the Rs.2,500 onboarding fee, your refund is Rs.9,890.
These figures are an illustration of the method, not a fixed quote - your own refund uses your actual window, days used, and amount paid.
The Rs.10,000 / month track
The monthly track works the other way, and we say so before you start: the month boundary is the exit.
There is no mid-month pro-rata and no crediting forward on the monthly track. You pay for the cycle you are in, and the moment you stop, you stop paying for the next one. Cancel any time before the next cycle begins and you are simply not billed again.
How to request a refund
Email hello.sobr@gmail.com from the address on your account and tell us you want to stop. That is all that is needed - you do not owe us a reason.
We refund to your original payment source (the same card, UPI, or account you paid from) within 5-7 business days of confirming the amount.
GST on refunds
Refunds are calculated on the full GST-inclusive amount of the refunded portion, so the 18% GST is returned along with the base price - you are not left out of pocket on tax.
Where GST was charged on the refunded amount, we issue a GST credit note for it, so you are made whole on the tax too.
