Terms of Use
Sailesh Bhupalam (Sole proprietorship), trading as Pragnapath · GSTIN 29BDLPB7228N1Z1 · Effective 2026-06-30 · v1-provisional
These terms are the agreement between you and Sailesh Bhupalam, a sole proprietorship based in Bengaluru, trading as Pragnapath ("we", "us", "the service").
We have written them in plain language. Please read them. By creating an account or paying for the program, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Pragnapath is run by Sailesh Bhupalam, a sole proprietorship based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. A sole proprietorship is not a separate legal person, so the proprietor stands behind this service personally.
You can reach us any time at hello.sobr@gmail.com.
2. What the service is
The service has two parts. The first is the decision-ramp: a real, sustained taste of UPSC preparation, run over roughly 100 days at about 4.5 hours a day, so you can decide honestly whether the climb is for you. The second is a self-management program: structure, drills, and tools to help you run your own effort.
Turning back at any point is a valid, respected outcome. The honest decision is the product, not a finish line.
3. What is and isn't included
What you get is a structured, real preparation experience plus the tools to manage your own work.
Included: the decision-ramp experience, the self-management program, the drills and exercises inside it, and your own progress record.
Not included: any coaching, tutoring, or teaching aimed at getting you selected; any guarantee of a rank, marks, selection, or a job.
The UPSC syllabus is free and public. We do not sell it and you do not need to buy it from anyone.
4. Eligibility (you must be 18 or older)
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. By creating an account you confirm that you are. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.
5. Your account and conduct
Keep your login details to yourself and give us accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Do not share, resell, or give others access to your account or our content.
Do not try to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
Do not upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Treat other users, and the small peer spaces, with basic respect.
6. Payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees. The cost card is Rs.399. The full program is Rs.15,000. The monthly track is billed Rs.10,000 per cycle.
Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% is added on top of these prices and shown separately on your invoice - never folded in quietly.
If you are on the monthly track, billing repeats each cycle until you cancel. You can cancel before the next cycle to stop further charges.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation policy, which is part of these terms. Please read it before you pay.
8. Who owns what
Our content - the program design, text, drills, and software - belongs to us. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use it while your access is active. You may not copy, resell, or republish it.
Your own work belongs to you. The notes, answers, and reflections you create stay yours. We use them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable use
Use the service for its purpose: your own honest preparation and decision. Using it to mislead others, to make money reselling our material, or to harm the service or its users is not allowed and may end your access.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes in any examination or career - the service does not promise any such outcome (see the next clause).
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other law that cannot be excluded.
11. No guarantee of results
Pragnapath is an educational decision-support and self-management service. It is NOT a coaching institute and does NOT prepare you for, or guarantee, selection, a rank, marks, or any result in the UPSC examination or any other exam. We make no claim or guarantee of any outcome, score, selection, or career result. What we provide is an honest, structured experience to help you decide whether to attempt the preparation, and tools to manage your own effort. Any decision you make based on this service is your own. Other people's experiences are not a promise of your results.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
